Deputy General Manager (Administrative)

Salary: 5,000+

Job Responsibilities:

①. Assist the General Manager in formulating strategic plans, annual business plans, and breaking down work objectives for each phase, as well as drafting company work plans, summaries, and other formal documents for each stage;

②. Assist the General Manager in managing, evaluating, and assessing various functional departments, and coordinate relationships between different departments within the company;

③. Monitor the achievement of company operational goals, provide analytical insights, and offer improvement recommendations;

④. Provide the general manager with specific solutions in areas such as corporate operational plans, sales strategies, and capital operations;

5. Assist the General Manager in handling external public relations, and participate in the planning, arrangement, and organization of the company's major public relations events;

⑥. Drafting shareholder meeting and board of directors documents, preparing work reports, arranging meeting schedules and agendas, recording meetings, and organizing meeting minutes;

⑦. Organization and drafting of company project application materials.

Job Requirements:

①. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 5 years of work experience, aged between 30 and 50;

②. Strong professional skills and management abilities, a strong sense of dedication and innovation, confidence and decisiveness, solid theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience, as well as excellent coordination skills and the talent to identify and utilize people effectively.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

①. Organize and lead the procurement, processing, and sales of agricultural products;

②. The formulation and decision-making of the business project's determination plan, as well as the preliminary calculation of cost and profit;

③. Contract drafting, negotiation, and signing;

④. Responsible for establishing, consolidating, and maintaining relationships with partners;

⑤. Conduct market research as needed and adjust business strategies in a timely manner.

Job requirements:

①. College degree or above, aged 30-50 years old;

②. Familiar with modern business management methods, able to control the company's operations from a global perspective, with strong strategic planning and management abilities;

③. Has a strong sense of adventure, competitive impulse, and insight into the essence of analyzing phenomena.

④. Relevant work experience and qualifications are preferred.

 

 

Vice President of Production

Salary: 5000+

Job Responsibilities:

①. Assist the General Manager in overseeing the production department (safety, equipment, technology, quality, warehousing and logistics), marketing department, and engineering technology department of the company;

②. Participate in major business decision-making processes of the company and provide suggestions for strategic production and marketing projects;

③. Responsible for establishing the business, processes, and various systems of the department under its jurisdiction, and providing supervision and guidance;

④. Responsible for building a quality system for warehousing and logistics, and promptly organizing the handling of quality issues;

⑤. Responsible for reviewing the relevant expenses of the business under its jurisdiction and accountable for the actual results; 

⑥. Responsible for the construction of talent teams in the departments under its jurisdiction;

Job requirements:

①. Under 50 years old, with a college degree or above, majoring in refrigeration technology and equipment, business management, or related fields (particularly outstanding candidates may have relaxed requirements);

②. Having more than 3 years of experience in middle-level and above management positions in cold chain warehousing and logistics enterprises;

③. Familiar with modern business management methods, able to control the company's operations from a global perspective, with strong strategic planning and management abilities; Strong decision-making, team building, communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.

 

Financial Manager

Salary: 4000+

Job Responsibilities:

①. Assist the Chief Financial Officer in building accounting frameworks and formulating financial systems;

②. Handle financial audit matters according to authority;

③. Responsible for general ledger accounting processing and report review;

④. Division of labor and assessment management for employees in the finance department;

⑤. Regularly conduct financial analysis and submit it to the Chief Financial Officer;

⑥. Supervise and inspect the finance department personnel to complete their job duties on time;

⑦ Timely collect various financial and tax policies related to the company and organize learning;

⑧. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

①. College degree or above, intermediate or above professional title, and more than five years of work experience in overall financial management are preferred;

②. Proficient in financial accounting systems, as well as company financial accounting, auditing, taxation and other related businesses;

③. Familiar with the complete process and management of accounting operations, accounting and auditing;

④. Familiar with national financial laws and regulations, tax policies, and related accounting methods;

⑤. Familiar with financial management, corporate financing, and capital operations;

⑥. Good organizational, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work style, serious and meticulous work, proficient in using financial and office software.
